For international shipping outside Europe, the cost varies depending on weight, size and destination of the package.
Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9 am — 6 pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your office address (recommended).

Taxes and duties

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Outside EU and other continents eventual taxes and duties are not included.

Track your order

You can track your orders through our website. Delivery times are guidelines. Please do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Shipping Address

To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order. We do not deliver to post office boxes.

Insurance

Your order is insured until delivery on your door step. A signature is required upon delivery, at that point the responsibility passes to you. If someone else than you has signed upon delivery, you accept that as proof of delivery and fulfilment by Regina Pignatti.
